Paco Dorz –
Makes my Guild JF-30 action feel like an electric. Not a Strat, but definitely not the big folk guitar that it is. It does lend it a slight buzz, so that now when I play fast solos, it can have a gypsy guitar feel and sound. Over all, I’m quite pleased with these strings and view them as a definite improvement!
David Hoodenpyle –
I was skeptical about these since they’re basically extra lights except for the 1st and 2nd strings, but I like to experiment, so I finally gave them a chance after they sat in my drawer for six months. I put them on a Taylor 714ce and it’s never sounded better. Also, they last. I put them on the 19th of Aug, play that guitar regularly, and they still sound great.

Rotta dopo meno di un mese il sol, eppure non suono in maniera aggressiva. Molto deluso, anche perché comunque suonavano bene.
Luc C –
Très beau son et facile comme touche. Son riche et fort.
Mikelodrum –

Yancy Odell Weaver –
The time is superb. My travel Acoustic guitar sounds so good that I don’t want to stop playing it. The strings feel amazing and sound fantastic. Definition, body & everything I need from an acoustic guitar sound. Strongly recommend
Brock –
Lively strings – bright & smooth, not bright & twangy
jag vager –

I can’t believe that I’m only the second person to review these but I have to put my thoughts out there because they truly are great strings. After trying GHS Vintage Bronze Light (which I also agree with Tom, the other reviewer here) I was so impressed with GHS that I bought this set. If you like DR Sunbeams you should give these a shot as they are equally impressive. I’m a verified Amazon buyer but of the Medium set of these (13-17-21-32-41-56) but other than gauge it is the same metallurgy as this one- and that gauge has zero reviews. That’s sad because these strings are phenomenal for the cost; great projection, easy on the fingers (even the medium set), and most importantly sound exceptionally warm with just enough sparkle to cut through the mix. With the exception of John Pearse, another of my fav phosphor bronze strings, they beat out every other company- including all the “big” names. I will buy again.

The low e string ripped when i put it on.. i only had it tuned to c and it snapped
bacalao –
Nice but not for this price. I bought these for nearly half the price on this page less than a year ago, will be spending my money elsewhere.
Melanie Hardesty –
These are nice and spongy yet hold tune great and are easy on the finger tips. Actually improve the sound of all my acoustics. Give them a beautiful shreading chimey sound that I have been searching for. Try these before buying a new guitar..
