Got this yesterday. Easy to assemble. Love that a wooden mallet was included. They gave an extra bar and extra divider, which is cool.

I already set my items up on the shelves-very sturdy. The weight is light, but don’t let that fool you. It looks great next to my wall. (They give materials to hook to your wall too.)

While assembling it, I got some dog hair on it. A quick brush off and it was clean.

The quality of material for the price I got it for is amazing. Well worth it.

I bought this to store the items of my personal business on. So glad that i did. I got the 12 bin one. Great size. It’s holding bins, etc.
I probably will be needing another unit soon, and when I do, I will get this same one.

price is fair, very very useful, looks great in any room and getting 2 more for Christmas gifts for family members

This is an inexpensive way to handle clutter and give things a place. This is not for formal display it is more about organizing a playroom, child’s bedroom or storage room. It is surprisingly sturdy after assembly.
The cost can’t be beat. Assembly is a bit cumbersome and monotonous but not hard. The little wooden hammer is a bit silly and ineffective but most people have a regular hammer that will serve them better as long as they don’t get too forceful.

Product is decent, seems to be stable enough for what I’m using it for. Does wobble a little without anything on it. Flat surface needed, does go together a bit hard if making alone but not impossible to assemble. Price vs product.. meets expectations.

We just moved and have a large closet in our living room so I wanted something for our kids books and games. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on “pretty” shelves because they’re going in a closet. It was smaller than I expected, but that’s my fault for really only looking at pictures and glancing at the dimensions. It fits perfectly in our space though. It’s super light weight, which did worry me for holding books. But, so far, we have a bunch of books and games on it and the rods that make the shelves haven’t budged. I did keep books on the 2 bottom rows, just in case. Putting it together was annoying (I didn’t realize how many metal rods there were and I was sitting in the closet putting it together) but it wasn’t difficult. It even comes with a little mallet to get the rods into the braces all the way. It does tell you in the instructions, but I’m going to reiterate, be careful around the ends of the rods because they are a little sharp. It’s just cut metal at the ends, it’s not smoothed out but the ends are never exposed so I wasn’t worried once it was put together. Definitely worth what I paid for it, for what I needed it for!

I got two of these units, one to hold art supplies in my home office, the other for inside a closet, to hold sweaters, tops & pants.

It’s easy but a bit fiddly to assemble these, mostly because I have no patience with stuff like this. But they go together well, I was able to change my mind about the configuration with a minimum of fuss.

As to the over all sturdiness and quality – it cost something like $23, why complain? Would I store the heirloom china set from my great-grandma’s on this? Or the 500lbs of pennies that I’ve been collecting since i was ten? No, no I would not. These shelves are thin aluminum pipes and plastic sheeting – they’re going to sag & possibly bend or even break with any significant weight.

But they’re not selling these as shelves that can handle that kind of weight. These are really good for stuffed animal collections, for sweaters & pants, for little kiddie books (on a bottom shelf) and other lightweight items that you want collected & organized. In fact, the design is rather clever – definitely the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. So without a doubt these shelf/cubby units are worth it – but if you’re trying to store large, heavy objects – go look for a better quality shelf, but understand that you’ll also pay considerably more for it. These are great shelves for the money.
