This is great as a shelf….but not for heavy things. It is just plastic all around and starting to lean on that left side of pic.
But…I have a lot of heavy things shoved in there that started to make this lean. If you just use it for a few books and other things you should be fine.
It added alot of storage space for me, performs how I expected. Overall I am happy with this product and recommend it to anyone that needs something like this on a budget

It was a pain aligning holes..some didn’t fit properly so it more readjusting and swapping parts. It took longer than it should to put together. It will work for now but it’s mid to me. Not worth the money.

I purchased this bookcase despite the reviews for the affordability and ease of assembly. It was a bit time consuming to put together but once I got it set up it wasn’t too bad. If you are thinking about purchasing this I would say to be sure to have a mallet on hand to hammer in the poles to the plastic attachments because this is what will help to ensure it is more secure. The set doesn’t come preequiped with tools so be sure to have at least a mallet handy. Also be careful with the paper film because it can tear easily since it is quite cheap. I also had some clear construction adhesive gorilla glue as there were a couple of the films that had rips in them I took the glue and layered a thin layer across the bottom where the tear was and let it dry. Additionally, if you intend to place large books in this case I would suggest lying them flat so that there isn’t too much weight being applied to the film (remember this is Literally a Cheap case) so don’t expect too much for the price. Overall it took me two hours to put it together and I took my time. These are photos of it the next day prior to me adding the books in it and to be honest it is sturdy but AGAIN I used a mallet during the installation process. This review is lengthy but I hope it is beneficial to helping someone during making their purchase. Happy Shopping. 😊

I purchased this shelf with the intent to use it for all kinds of different products from containers to electronics. Obviously, the product isn’t as sturdy as steel and wood, but I knew that before I purchased it!
It took me less than an hour to set it up, and I was able to do so on my own. The instructions provided were straightforward and incredibly simple, but I didn’t need them. There were a lot of parts in the box, but again, setting it up was simple!
I will say, if you want to place small bottles on this, remember that there are small dips between the bars that make it annoying for them to stand up. I thought about placing a piece of carboard between the bars and the shelving just to avoid these dips.
As I mentioned, it isn’t the sturdiest shelf on the planet, but you will be surprised just how sturdy it is! It’s able to hold quite a lot of things, and it’s easy to disassemble if needed. If you need a decent shelf with plenty of storage that doesn’t break the bank, this might be for you. I will likely end up purchasing more in the future!

This product is cheaply made. You get what you paid for. If I wouldn’t known that it was poorly designed, then I would’ve used the money I put into this and upgraded for something more durable and study. I purchased it to use in my garage to store craft items on. I liked the sized of it because it wasn’t too big, it was just right. However, once I started putting it together, the rods wouldn’t stay in place, and the canvas coverings would rip because they’re thin. The idea was there, but the performance wasn’t. It probably had about 10 pounds on it, even though it claims to hold up to 30, and the cubbies still sunk. Whenever I’d try to move it without anything in it, it’d fall apart. It’s like the rods weren’t long enough and the canvas wasn’t versatile to keep it together. I tried evenly distributing weight on it to see if it’d stay together while moving it, and it just collapsed even more because of the short poles. The poles would pop out and the canvas wouldn’t hold. I’ll be spending the few extra dollars and getting something a little more durable.

I put 5 stars so that it wouldn’t get taken down and people can actually see what they are getting themselves into. So I bought two of these and they were an absolute nightmare to put together . The instructions leave a lot to be desired.And one is also missing a backing part.The parts are literally flimsy plastic and thin, bendable aluminum rods, which makes me wonder if they’ll even hold any kind of weight I bought them for books, but I am not sure if it will even hold the lightest of books.

I wasn’t apprehensive about this purchase until I opened the box. The west shelving seemed a bit flimsy but I decided to trust the process.
1. Very lightweight shipping box and so was the shelf
2. Very easy to put together – even without the instructions. I know people aren’t happy with the clarity of the instructions but honestly, it would be hard to mess this up. It took me 35 minutes and the hardest part was slipping the shelving sleeves on the poles. But a mallet does come in handy for making sure everything is tight and secure.
3 pleasantly surprised with how sturdy it felt once together. Is holding my kids gaming units just fine.
4. Overall for the price, good shelf. Would buy again.

Es algo difícil de armar pero queda resistente y le caben muchas cosas. Si se distribuye bien el peso dejando lo más ligero en la parte de arriba queda muy estable. Se puede armar dándome las distintas formas que vienen en las imágenes pero ya no es posible poner el plástico del fondo, por su tamaño solo alcanza a cubrir dos cuadros.

I bought two of these packs, installed them without a backing inside a regular clothes closet (below the shelves, removed the rod) and it’s made an amazing linen closet. They’re wide enough for regular large towels, sheets, etc, and it’s wonderful to be able to sort a sheet set per cube. So easy to install and surprisingly solid feeling
